This show explores more natural and so called alternative means of encouraging proper health. America leads the world in heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. Certain systems of medicine prefer we get treatment after the fact, whereas there is so much we can personally do before health problems become serious. Over 100,000 man-made chemicals are circulating within human society. Many of these chemicals find their way into our bodies, resulting in gradual deterioration of our health. Over 95% of the vitamins sold in retail markets contain synthetic, inorganic ingredients. Might as well be flushing your money down the toilet! To maintain good health, proper nutrition is a necessity! To assist you in better health endeavors, we encourage the use of supplements provided by Sportron International! This company uses the Nobel Prize winning “Food Matrix Technology” in producing whole food vitamins.
Join Skip along with Dr. Stephen Wilson N.D., and other guests as they explore the many ways to better health mentally, physically, and emotionally!

t’s really nice when you get with several individuals that take it to another level and decide to go out-the-box and come up with nice results. I stay with the mind-set to have the solid pocket that holds the rhythm section together; this is paramount to the structure of a tight band sound. I listen very well; you can’t come into a situation and expect to dump a million chops into what is just a good groove. I’ve listen to my heroes and mentors, such as Billy Cobham, Leon “Ndugu” Chandler and also Harvey Mason.
Time has been good to Charles now being a part of the growing Internet radio station KZKOradio.com/MSE Maximum Sound Entertainment with his own show “The Flavor Of Jazz Cuisine” a great mix of Smooth, Fusion and Modern jazz appeal, with caring the title of MSE Radio network show Consultant. He still is a co-host with the show “A Funk Above The Rest” with Skip the Funktologist, which is also on the same station.
Still not sitting still with any grass growing under his feet, holding a seat as one of the board members of “South Western Arts Group” aka SWAG in the historical area of Westminster Colorado, and not stopping at this juncture he has been a part of the promotional team with A Funk Above The Rest along with Cedric Pride Entertainment, pulling in artist like Fra nkie Beverly featuring Maze, Cameo and Lakeside. Oh he also is working on getting back in the drumming game, what else is next?

Ivan Ellis’ experience spans across a broad spectrum of theatre, on-screen, and stage performances. At 17 years old, Ivan was cast in his first leading theater role as John the Beloved in the Refuge production of “Jesus of Nazarath” under the direction of Steve Munsey and Winter Dojcinocski. In 2010, he signed with the infamous Chicago-based Gray’s Talent Agency. After the twelve month contract expired, Ivan used the time to fine tune his acting techniques. His first major on-screen appearance was in the 2011 award-winning short film, “L Train”. In the same year, Ivan made an appearance in Jennifer Hudson’s music video, “Where You At?”, which is where he met his soon-to-be music manager, Jelani “Jay” Jones. Determined to stay connected to his musical roots, Ivan signed to Dreamer Management in 2013. After gaining small roles in various movies, stage plays, and music videos Ivan earned his first leading role as Troy in the 2013 movie “You & Me”. 2013 proved to be a major year for Ivan, the singer, as well. He opened for LeToya Luckett at the historic Howard Theatre in Washington DC, performed at various notable events such as African Fest and the National Cherry Blossom Festival, and shared the stage with headliners such as: Brandy, Tweet, Syleena Johnson, Amerie, and Raheem DeVaughn. Another milestone presented itself in 2014 when Ivan landed his first prime-time principle role as Vic on episode 207 of the NBC hit series Chicago PD. This achievement led to Ivan being signed to Chicago’s Paonessa Talent Agency.
With a passion that increases with every professional experience, Ivan Ellis has an undeniable commitment to entertainment. He aims to succeed in both industries earning Oscar, Sag and Grammy recognitions.
